Do you enjoy making customers purr? At our office here in Cologne, Germany we are looking for your Customer ServiceSupport expertise toour team, taking care of all serviceescalation inquiries for Automotive Suppliersmanufacturers across Europe.
Key Accountabilities:
1st level Support of all customer queries by phone & email Respond to customer complaints, find containment actionsidentify root causes with issues & escalations Ensure timeous feedback to customers Compile, correctinitiate debits/credits in line with company policies Execute invoice corrections in ERP systemnotify correction results to customers Ensure training of existing customer base through online channels • Completed apprenticeshipsimilar qualification in a relevant business field • Experience in a customer service environment with direct customer contact, either via phone, emailonline support • Experienceaffinity with CRM Systems/ Excel • Customer orientationfocus is of utmost importance • Fluent Language skills in German, English,FrenchSpanish• Competitive renumeration package • Annual bonus based on company & personal performance • Opportunity to take part in the Brambles share program
