At our office in Frankfurt, approx. one hundred people are employed. The office is conveniently located next to the train station. Account Manager Omnichannel (m/f)
In this position you will be part of the Sales team for the DACH region.
Manage the account managementday-to-day relationship for assigned Mattel customers that operate within the German, AustrianSwiss region
Secure execution of account plans by being the expert of the customer’s needs, analyzing customer requirementsbusiness results (sell in/sell out data analysis) & maximizing potential business opportunities
Ownership of business planningmanagement of the customer portfolio turnover – including individual product forecasting – as well as promotional activitiesachievement of listing, distribution & shelving objectives
Drive the omnichannel developmentdigital sales within customer portfolio
Negotiationimplementation of commercial agreementstrading terms – full responsibility of customer turnoverachievement of sales targets
Collaborate with the customersinternal stakeholders to develop, optimizeexecute retail plans
Work closely with other departments, to ensure funds allocated to optimize sales opportunities, including controlling of the allocated budget

Sellingnegotiation skills as well as thorough business planning with a mid to long-term horizon
Face to the costumer: ability to establish strong customer relationships at various levels of seniorityfunctions
Strong brand awareness
Data driven with strong analyticalproblem-solving skills
Ability dealing with high complexity within customerportfolio
Ability to understandtranslate the strength of brandsretail plans
Ability to create a culture of customer centricbrand focused thinking
Competitive mindset & business results oriented, ability to work in a high energy, fast pacedinternational environment
Education:

University degree in business administrationsimilar subject
Experience:

3–4 years of experience in Sales/Key Account Management with a proven track record of exceeding business objectives
Experience in product forecastingbudget management
Toy business exposure would be a plus but not required
German: fluent in spokenwritten; English: business fluent
Confident user of MS Office with very good knowledge of Excel
Limited travel within Germany, attendance of Nürnberg toy fair
