To strengthen our team we are looking for a
Brand Creative Manager (m/f/d) Havana Club.
Develop global creative campaigns based on global brand strategyglobal big idea/CEP (Consumer Engagement Platform), such as ATL campaigninnovation communication assets for Germany as well as Switzerland, Austria, Benelux, Polandthe Czech Republic
Ensure global brand consistencyadhere to high brand standardsguidelinesmanage global responsibility for a selection of brand assets
Collect brand strategyguidelines for creative content developmentHavana Club Brand teammanage relationship with creative agenciespartners
Discuss requirements with the Market Activation Managerlocal marketers regarding creative content needslocal consumer insights
Enhance consumer centricitybrand relevancy by becoming the local Street Culture Havana Club insider (m/f/d), fueling creative development with strong cultural insights gathered locally
In close collaboration with PR Deutschland teams, get close toenrich the Havana Club contemporary street culture network in Germany (media, party organisers, etc.) in order to benefitthe best collabsget the best creative insights
Share creative brief guidelines with local marketing teams for other creative assets
Liaise back with the Havana Club Brand team to ensure developments are on-brandon-strategy
Share content created with local marketing teamswith Market Activation Managers for broadcast

A university degree in business / marketinga related field
At least 7 years of professional experience on a lifestyle brandin the drinksFMCG industry
Strong experience in developing global and/or local creative campaigns with successful creative execution track record, preferably lifestyle brands
Sound experience in leading creative development with multiple stakeholders, including agencies
Experience in working in the German market culture with strong understanding of winespirits category
Creativity, insightsActionDigital Acumen (leading edge)
Project Management, influencingpartnering as well as brand portfoliostrategy (mastery)
Interest in contemporary Street Cultureexperience in networking with cultural scenes
Fluent Englishintermediate German language skills with strong will to develop to fluent
Fast learner (m/f/d) with a will to cultivate innovationdrive results
Tech Savvycustomer-focused
Ability to collaborate, planalign as well as to instill trust
