Your key responsibilities:

As a Global Solution Sales for Mobility & e-Transactional Services (MTS), you will be part of a european team in charge of developing the Global MTS business portfolio, operatingGermany, with a focus primarily on GermanyCentral Europe but also on additional regions in the EU.
You will be responsible for supporting the sales community directly in charge of identifying sales opportunities related to digital ticketing developedoperated by Worldline. You will support the sales teams in presalessales activities in different market segments in order to assure lead generationto achieve sales results. You will also actively support the sales people to identify opportunities related to MeTS, present the entire range of Worldline productsservices,make sure the business information will circulategeographies while assuring customers’ needsexpectations are met by Worldline.
This position is preferably based in AachenFrankfurt. Some travel (Germany, Central Europeinternationally within Europe) will be required.
As part of business development manager (m/f) support role you will:

Support the sales community presenting Worldline,more specifically MTS, to prospectssuspects but also to existing customers to assure lead generation
Bring a strong presalessales expertise in digital ticketing (open payment, account based ticketing, mobility as a service, automatic fare collection)
Be an orchestrator (ie main single point of contact) for questionsclarifications needed about digital ticketing in order to commercially qualify a deal / opportunity
Evaluatefeedback on the potential of the opportunities (market / offering)make suggestions to adapt the sales action plan
Help to transform needsopportunitiesthen leadssales
Thinkwork with a consultative selling approachyou use Worldline strengths to offer a solution to the needs of the customer
Brainstorm on salespricing strategy / Business proposal for the RFI/RFPsupport the internal rainbow (tendering) processes
Assist the identification of partnerscompetitors
Follow up the pipe activities, sales action plan and marketing/event coordination when required developing further Worldline brand awareness through Atosits existing marketexternal partners

Job requirements:

Transferable skillsexperience suitable for this opening:

Master degreeequivalent by experience
Well proven expertise with 5-10 years’ experience in presalessales activities on ticketing solutions for transport but also about business modelsabout the ecosystem of partnerscompetitors.
Proven experience in consultative selling (5+ years)
Out-of-the-box thinking is strongly developed
Real senseexperience of business development
Active listener, rigorouscurious with excellent communication skills
Great interpersonal skills as you will work in a transversal organization with various stakeholders
Open mindedteam spirit are key
Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented, professional
Capable to prioritizekeep business focus
Good knowledge of ICT, ICT servicesICT service delivery
Fluent in English – an additional EU foreign language will be appreciated
