Become part of a winning team with a growingdynamic business - being responsible for our highly innovative product area Gastrointestinal & Hepatology - PillCam as well as BarrXBeacon. This position is a new created role. We look for in total 4 Clinical Specialists who are each responsible for a fourth of Germany. This position is home office basedthe incumbent (m/f) lives either inclose to Frankfurt/Main areaStuttgart, in Berlin, in Munich respectively in Dusseldorf/Cologne area.
We offer you a positionyou are in a cross-functional role that is designed to provide clinical support to customers as well as our marketingfield sales teams. Clinical support includes clinical applications as well as training & education related to the Patient Conditionour Gastrointestinal product technologyappropriate use of disposable accessories for various clinical settings.
*Manage regional accounts to drive utilization of all Gastrointestinal products (penetration) by influencing protocolsimplementation of available guidelines *Provide clinical support to both internalexternal customers *Providemaintain customer profiles to monitor installed base, clinical product application, burn rates, key decision makers etc *Carry out clinical evaluations *Strengthen relationships withmanage hospital product champions
*Execute after sales activities as in-service, product trainingcertification *Provide technicalclinical input on offerstenders *Carry out competitive surveys *Apply productclinical knowledge to troubleshootsolve problems *Communicate new productservice opportunities, special developments, information,feedback gathered through field activity
*Educatetrain hospital staff. Provide verbal technical supportorganize regular in-services. Assist in National/International training requirements *Rise awareness around conditions solutionsexecutes on product demo, workshops, presentations etc. *Take responsibility to make sure all activities linked to opportunities are recorded in the CRM system as well as individual tasks
*BachelorMaster degree - business studieslife sciences (physician, pharmacist, nurse, biologist)
*Good clinical knowledge is essential
*Used to train internal colleagues and/or external clients how to use medical (devices) products, experienced in holding presentations
*A full clean driving licence *Fluency in Germanin English, both verbalwritten is mandatory *Excellent IT skills, Microsoft packages, multi-media tools, sales systemsdaily usage of CRM systems *Used to work independently with a high level of time management skills - you are highly committedpro-active in driving change - you see yourself as a driver with a can do attitude *Teamwork spirit *Strong interpersonal skillsadvanced communicationpresentation skills *Sales driven, high service-customer-orientation
Nice to Haves
*Solid medicaltechnical background is a strong plus
*Experience in GastroIntestinal patient condition *Knowledge of sales force.com
