In order to accelerate the future development of CRMdeploy solutions globally, we need you.   You will become part of a fast-pacedhigh-energy team with agilededicated professionalsto roll out, maintainfurther develop the global platform for the entire Danfoss business.  us on an exciting digital journey, ensuring that our global CRM platform – Salesforce.com (SFDC), is an efficient tool for our sales force as a key initiative offering Danfoss a significant competitive advantage.   Continuous improvements translating requirementscapabilitiesdeliveries As CRM Business Consultant, you will clarify business requirements understanding the real pain pointsexpected outcome, thus successfully translating the business requirementsSFDC solutions. You will be part of a truly global company, working closely together with regionalsegment business leads to establish requirementsdesign solutions. In this position you will support all our salesservice organization to maintain strong salesforce processesyou will facilitate our global process owner community, ensuring that we build a world-class CRM system. You identifyreduce internal complexity by ensuring consistency in our internal platformseliminate internal inefficiencies.   With report to the Head of CRM – part of Danfoss Business Systems, your responsibilities will include:

Clarifyalign business requirements by understanding the real pain pointsexpected outcome.
Be the solution owner of dedicated parts of our CRM solution within Marketing, SalesService
Be part of CRM projectsdefine business requirementsthe most optimal CRM solutions as well as ensuring thorough testing.
Ensure continuous improvement of the CRM platformensure deliveries according to clear release schedules.
Support training of our support organization when needed (planning, materialsexecution).
Build communities of practice focused on different aspects of CRM e.g. Customer Service Centers.
Increase quality of customer engagement through different communication channels by ensuring processes are consistent (where appropriate)documentation, implementation, trainingKPI tracking ensure traceabilityconsistency across the organization.
We do not expect you to be located at one of our Danfoss locations, you will be able to workyour home office but must expect approx. 20-30 travel days per year.   Essential personal characteristics:

CRM consultant with business acumenstrong communication skills You properly hold a Bachelor's in Business, Technology, Managementequivalent, combined with proven experienceworking with CRM in a global environment, either B2CB2B. It is essential that you through your experience can demonstrate the ability to understand, define, deliverdeploy continuous improvements with CRM globally, to ensure processes developare aligned to our customer journeysoperational effectiveness. You also have a solid track record in designingdelivering CRM projects in onemore process areas including: Marketing, SalesService in large international companies with global responsibility. Ideally you have worked withyou have implemented Salesforce.com our chosen CRM platform. It is not a prerequisite that you are able to do basic configuration in Salesforce.com but it would be an advanceyou are able to.   On a personal level, you are pro-active with a high drivehold strong influencing skillsmotivation skills. You have strong analytical skillsa good understanding of complex end-to-end business processes across different functions. You are a strong communicatorare able to keep calm in stressful situations.
