NKT is on a journey to further professionalize how sales is managed. As part of this journey we have initiated the implementation of a new CRM platform across all business lines. We are now seeking a CRM Business Pro­gram Manager to further developimplement CRM for the glo­bal sales organization in NKT. In the role, you be­come part of our international Group Communi­cations & Marketing team. You will be located in Co­log­ne, yet your tasks will go across functionsgeographical areas.

Support for the on-going CRM implementationfurther development of the CRM platform in NKT 
Lead of the configurationongoing ad­minis­tra­tion of CRM 
Preparefollow-up of KPI´ssales tar­gets on a regional level with Sales Management 
Supervision of report design, management,dis­tri­bu­tion 
Work with various functionsend users to iden­tify, document,communicate stan­dard business processes as they are related to the CRM platform 
Work with the business line management to iden­tify newcreative opportunities to leverage CRM to support additional business processesfunc­tions 
Work with the business line management on the topic of change management to ensure that the CRM platform is integrated to everyday work-life in Sales at all organizational levels 
Participate in definingleading sales ex­cel­lence projects in collaboration with SalesMar­keting

BachelorMasters degree in Business Ad­mi­nis­trationa related field
Minimum 5 years of experiencea similar po­sitionrelated commercial role
Great commercial understanding of complex so­lutions in a competitive B2B market
Experience in CRM (especially SAP C4C), CRM strategyimplementation is a clear plus
Strong IT expertise
Good numericalanalytical approachun­derstanding
High degree of project work competence, including pro­cesses, analysis, designimple­menta­tion
Strong interpersonal skills with an engaging per­sonality
Strong EnglishGerman speaker
Willingness to travel (~10 % of time)
