Make a difference as a Customer Service Support Specialist EU (f/m/d) – limited contract for one year In this key role you will support the Sales Team with tasks associated with pre-ordering activitiesother sales-related areas. As a Sales Support Specialist (f/m/d) you will be serving customers mostly at the till point with promptaccurate response on requestsissues. In close collaboration with local Order Fulfillment colleagues you will ensure that activities are carried out effectively.
As a Sales Support Specialist (f/m/d), you will process all initial new enquiriesnewexisting customers by delivering an excellent customer service
To support new business opportunities, you will manage the supply of customer samples
It will be on you to createmaintain the commercial aspects of customer master data records in accordance with the requirements of the SAP business system
You will directly assist the Account Managers by managing customer visitsmaintaining the CRM system to ensure accurate data entryretrieval
To provide a great customer experience, you will issue West specifications, drawingstechnical documentation as requested by the customer
You will be responsible for updating the demand forecast, managing pricing in accordance with West's Pricing Policy as well as creating annual price listsDevelopment Agreements
Additionally, you will support the compilation of customer rebate information, sales datathe analysis of customer KPI information
Last but not least, you will be responsible for administrative supportassistance in the day-to-day management within the Sales Office

You are educated with at least a bachelor’s degree in business administrationequivalent
You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service environment
With your precise working stylehaving an attention to detailquality, you provide service excellence
As a conscientious team player, you find your way in our internationalcross-functional environment
To be successful in this role, you have strong experience working in Microsoft OfficeSAP
You bring excellent self-organization, time managementprioritization skills
To build strong working relationships with team memberscustomers, you will need well-developed communication skills in English. German would be a strong asset
