To support our growth ambitions in Europe, Ecowater Systems Germany GmbH is looking for a dynamic Dealer Manager (m/f) for the German speaking markets.
Developmaintain relationships with existing as well as new EcoWater Branded dealers with the goal to promote this model of indirectexclusive salesservice.
Active search for the right, new Ecowater-partnersrealization of these new Dealerships
Provide guidance, training, commercialtechnical support to the dealer network.
Maintain working knowledge of productsprogramsensure that dealer organizations comply with the organizational standards that build the Ecowater brand.
Cultivate strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with themunderstanding their needs
Independentsolution-oriented client counseling regarding the entire product range
Actively deploy market-mapping as well as a successful business development strategy to grow the dealer channel.
Take on the full revenuemargin accountability for the dealer activity.
Developimplements internal KPI’s, information flowsbusiness processes related to the dealer business
Technical knowledge of the water treatment business (in particular of water softening) is a major asset, but not a must. A proven track-record of successful distribution network development is however key.

Completed business studiesequivalent through successful commercial experience
Several years of sales experience, ideally in a dealer channelservice company
Proven track record of Dealer and/or Service network development
Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions
Excellent selling, communicationnegotiation skills
High customer orientation & strong interpersonal skills
Structured, independentresult-oriented way of working
Results driven mindset
Integrityethical conduct
Energetic, positivehonest personality
Willingness to travel
German native, fluent English language skills (both spokenwritten)
Good PC skills

Reports to the General Manager Europe Northclosely cooperates with the local departments
