Unsere innovativen Sequenzierungs- und Array-Technologien führen neben der molekularen klinischen Diagnostik zu bahnbrechenden Fortschritten in der biowissenschaftlichen Forschung, der Translations- und der Konsumentengenomik.As the primary technical field contact for your customers, dealing with NIPT (Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing) you will help broker strong relationships by constantly monitoring, analysingsummarising QC data across high pull-through accounts in EMEA, you’ll help in proactively detecting/trending potential site-specific failurespossible failures at EMEA level. There may also be a requirement to provide onsite subject matter expertisesupport for both pre-salespost-sales situations (e.g. urgent casesescalations, upgrades installations).

Responsibilities will include:

Partner with local FASwider RGH (Reproductive & Genetic Health) team in constantly monitoring customers following the launch of the NIPT test
Ensure proactive account maintenance monitoring NIPT QC metricssamples failure rate
Createmaintain dashboards to provide managementcolleagues easy access to summary level account/assay performance
Ensure proactive account management providing data for customer business reviews (quarterly reviews, test performance over time, SLA compliance etc.)
Ensure proactive account management providing dataanalysis for regular internal business review (post-market surveillance, IVD test performance, service performance, proactive service etc.)
Provide RGH technical expertise in the field to improve internalexternal training outcomes, increase RGH knowledgeexpertise amongst the wider Illumina support team
Assist coordinating new installations, including facility inspections, instrument validation (or upgrades)
Provide technicalproduct support on troubleshooting issues
Support both key accountstrategic sales efforts through technical presentationsdemonstrations
Provides strategiccompetitive feedback to Marketingproduct development teams,independently leadmanage beta tests at customer sites
Developimprove key company processes that support our mission of building a world-class customer support organization
Preferred background, skillsexperience:

Bachelor’s (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular BiologyGenetics
Fluent EnglishGerman
Demonstrable experience of RGH (e.g. prenatal testing, cytogenetics, IVF, inherited disease. Illumina NIPTPGS products)
Experience of working in a clinicalregulated environment
Ability to work Independently on highly complex problems requiring analysis of multiple variables
Uses independent judgment in developing methods, techniquesevaluation criteria for obtaining results
Superior problem solvinginterpersonal skills (particularly in a commercial environment)
Clear vision of,commitment to, providing outstanding customer service
We will train you on Illumina products, but it would be amazingyou already have:

Previous biotech experience with sequencing, MicroarrayNGS exposure
Prior field experience supporting customers in a highly technical field
Demonstrable understanding of commonly-used Microarray data analysis software applications and/or Bioinformatics toolsprograms
Experience with instrumentation such as liquid handling roboticsoptical scanners
For this role, you must be willing to travel up to 100% of the time as this is a full-time onsite role (the customer sites will vary depending on the business need). As such you will be travelling daily primarily within Germany, though regular international travel (EMEA-wide) is required.Competitive salaryextensive benefits including:
