We are looking for a Security officer with a focus on Security & Privacy Management. This role is within Global Security & Privacy ManagementCompliance team, which is responsible for security & privacy managementcompliance within EMEA region. The mission is to protect our valuable intangible asset (data & information)key IT systems,to protect our critical customer information. It is the mission critical role by giving the increasing challenge of cyber threatlawregulation requirements. With the minimal supervisory of line manager, this role responsible for many security areas, including partnership with security technology operationinnovation departments to build the solid cyber-secured environment, deploy different technical solution to mitigate most critical risks,implement technicalorganization control to fulfil management team & employee exception. This role works very close to many departments, including but not limited, Global InfrastructureOperation, Digital Business Services, Global EngineeringAssembly, Global R&D, Global Production Engineering, Sale & Marketing, Legal, HR, vendor/supplier.
The role will include the following global responsibilities:
Be a member of Security & Privacy Governance Operations responsible to coordinate, collectconsolidate inputeach areas
Working with Head of Security & Privacy ManagementCompliance to develop, maintain,run SIG's Information Security Management System (ISMS) in the organizations
Working with Head of Security & Privacy ManagementComplianceGlobal Data Privacy Officer to develop, maintain,run SIG's Privacy Information Management System (PIMS) in the organizations
Working with Head of Security & Privacy ManagementCompliance to coordinatesupport GEA, GR&D, Global Marketing / Global Production Engineering to developimplement security policiesgovernance in OT Filler / OT Sleeve area
the following regional responsibilities (scope EMEA)
Support local Information Asset Owner to inventory, classifyprotect information asset
Perform cloud security assessmentsupport local procurement for supplier qualificationaudit
Working with local risk owners to carry out the initial security risk assessment during operations
Working with local project manager to carry out the initial security risk assessment during project realization
Working with local HR to conduct instructor led security awareness trainingpromote security culture -integrate security requirements to local employee onboarding, change,termination processed
Coordinate with Internalexternal audits to conduct regular ISMSPIMS related controls review
Keepwith SIG externalinternal compliance requirementscollaborate with local LegalCompliance functionlocal authorities.
Monitoring compliancereporting to Head of Security & Privacy ManagementCompliance on effectiveness of the ISMSPIMS
You are a perfect match for our teamyou meet the following requirements:
University degree in Computer Sciencerelated discipline required
Minimum of 3 years of Information Security experience
CISSP, CISM,other relevant security-related designation(s) an asset
Significant knowledge ofexperience with legalregulatory compliance standards such as [GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST 800-23, etc.]
Experience with IT governance, risk,compliance management
Knowledge of computer networking conceptsprotocolsnetwork security methodologies
Knowledge of risk management processes (e.g. methods for assessingmitigating risk)cyber threatsvulnerabilities
Knowledge of risk management processesspecific operational impacts of cybersecurity lapses
