YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive standardizationharmonization of existingnew global facilitiesimplement standards at all new projects
Establishmaintain global technical engineering guidelines to supportstandardize facility
engineering

Support the Global Facility Engineering Network to provide consistent technical engineering supportguidance to the global facilities to achieve
corporate
goals for Quality, Overall Efficiency, Cost
Reduction , SafetyWell-being
Work closelyproactively with Operations, Process Engineering, Manufacturing EngineeringHSE teams in order to develop facility engineering
solutions technical guidelines
Executedirect new projects through West facility engineering defined Project Execution Strategy
Provide consistent technical support to the various global sites by being the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for electricalenergy management
systems
in West globally
Ensure that GMP aspects, current technical
standards , local building codesregulations as well as safety standards for the buildings are being
considered met
Ensure there are sufficient preventivecorrective maintenance procedures in place for safe operation of all electrical systems
Ensure facilities are operating as efficiently as
possible
to minimize their impact on the
environment

Provide pro-active engineering support on technical solutions for electrical engineering systems to
standardize
West facilities. Support the Global Facility Engineering Network with adviceguidance to achieve corporate goals for Quality, Overall
Efficiency , Cost Reduction, SafetyWell-being
Developmaintain engineering guidelines for
electrical energy management systems in terms of quality, investmentefficiency (including High, MediumLow Voltage Power, Fire Alarm Systems, Power monitoring, BMS, Discrimination
studies , Arc Flash studies)
Ensure that GMP aspects, current technical
standards , local building codesregulations as well as safety standards for the buildings are being consideredmet
Developmaintain an energy management
program
which can be rolled out to global facilities on a phased basis which will develop KPIs targets for each site
Establish the engineering expectations for new facility investment projects (Greenfieldsplant rebuilt) by communicating the engineering guidelines establishing
clear basis of design documentation
Take an active part in the evaluationselection of external partners such as engineering consultantsbuilding contractors. Collaborate withalso manage external consultantscontractors in building projects to ensure that project tasks deliverable s are being achieved
Take the lead in new projects for electrical energy
management systems including design reviews, commissioning
reviews , operation
reviews , perform
constructability analysis during the design phase in close alignment with our external
engineering
partnersplant engineering teams
Collaborate with Project teams, Project Managersother stakeholderswork closely with the
facility
project teams to provide supportguidance during the construction, commissioningturnover phases of projectsensure a
constant
flow of
information communication
Take an active part in the evaluationselection of external partners such as EPCMV consultantsbuilding contractors
Understand the manufacturing processes to
effectively
support the required utilitieswork closely with the equipment process engineers to
ensure
all electrical componentstandards are meeting
local international standards
Fulfil Project Management tasks such as managing project timelines, budget, quality control, communicationdocumentation
Developimplement strategic plans in order to improve qualitycost efficiency for the plantsfacilities
Identifyimplement energy saving opportunities in newexisting facilities
Carry out any other duties as directed by
Superior /Manager
Carry out all activities in accordance with the
Company
Quality Policy at all timesensure all
systems
operate as intendeddo not impact
product
quality
Ensure personal activitiesthose of others are carried out in a safe manner in accordance with the Company's Safety Policy at all times

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor degree in Electrical/Building Service
Engineering

Minimum of 8 years experience in Design/ Construction /Operation of pharma plants
Detailed engineering knowledge of Electrical Building Services with ability to assert technical solutionsstandards in an international environment
Strong engineeringtrouble shooting skills ( facility
engineering, electrical systems)
Background in detailed design, constructioncommissioning
Experience in the area of Energy ConservationManagement
Good Interpersonalcommunication skills in a multi-disciplined, cross-functionalcross-cultural team environmentinterfacing with internalexternal collaborators
Experience in Project Engineering/Management
Understanding of designconstruction,
operations maintenance of mechanicalelectrical equipment
Good interpersonalcommunication skills,
Energy
conservation knowledge
Safe operation of equipment
Knowledge of operating in a quality GMP
environment
