At least 5 years of experience working as an HR Professional in fast-pacedcustomer-focused environments Strong communication skillsteam player mindset Entrepreneurial, data-driven,solution-oriented way of working Very good at decision making You can develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels You have a proven hands-on attitude, are flexible,adaptable You are performance-drivenalready worked with OKRs Solid knowledge of German Labor Law Excited about eCommercedigital products Excellent knowledge of GermanEnglish (verbalwritten) is required
