Comeus at The River! our Implementation team as an Implementation Project Manager for our online expense reportinginvoice management service. As a Project Manager in Germany, you will be working remotelyyour home office to support our growing customers in Europe. As part of the Implementation team, you will be responsible for guiding our customers through the planning, implementation, pilot phase,roll-out of our application(s). This involves customer-facing meetings, software configuration tasks, project documentation,webinar-style workshoptraining sessions.
You will need to have a strong background in implementing software applications. You will need excellent verbalwritten communication skillsthe ability to work on multiple taskswith a number of different customers during the day. Because our customers will be located throughout Germany, you can expect some travel; however, most of the work will be doneyour home-based office.
Manage projects for the full implementation proceses
Extract, understand,document customer requirements (relating to business rulesaccounting principles)
Work with the Configuration Team in configuring our softwaresystems for each customertheir business requirements, creating detailed configuration specification documents
Train key personnel on our application

Minimum of 3 years' experience in project managementrelated field
Trilingual in French, GermanEnglish is required
Strong understanding of accountingfinancial software applications
Willingness to work a flexible scheduleable to travel
Detail-oriented individual
Ability to work independentlywith others, including all levels of personnel within our organization
Experience in customer-facing role
Relational database knowledge
PMP Certification highly preferred
Experience with implementation of an expense reporting, ERP,payroll application system (as a vendor)
