International Key Account Manager (m/f)

Rolesresponsibilities

Lead specific International Key Accountsmanage the improvement of profitability
Grow the businessgain new one in the strategic OEM side in the assigned accounts
Establish relationships with all key influencersdecision makers in the International Key Accounts
Develop Tiers of strategic OEM
Enabledevelop the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) value & Innovation messaging towards the strategic contacts
Position AR Industrial Europe as a long term value focused strategic partner
Ensure customer satisfaction in current customerslead improvement actions
Coordinate all internal resources to satisfy customer needs
Deliver the messagingvalue proposition of ARaymond
Take responsibility for commercial negotiation, pricing policylong term agreement implementation
Roughly 60-70% of time dedication to travelling in GermanyEurope

Qualifications

University degree, preferably in a related technological area (Mechanical Industrial Engineer, etc.)
3+ years progressive experience in a similar position at internationalmultisite level within industrial market
Strongassertive leaderteamplayer
Is able to establish solid long term partnerships with OEMTier customer
Strong personal credibility
Good knowledge of industrial target markets
Consultative selling focusexperience
Lean Manufacturing knowledge
Solid knowledgeexperience of B2B go to marketssales fundamentals at Enterprise level
Strong track record of successidentifying prospects, opportunitiesgrowing accounts
Technical capacityaffinity (mainly mechanical)
MS Office & Outlook skills
Dynamic, self-driven, professional, motivatedwell organized
Excellent communicationpresentation skills as well as diplomatic negotiation skills
Fluent in GermanEnglish, other languages are appreciated
