It is important that you have the abilitywillingness to travel up to 100% to our factories in Europe.
Great responsibilityimpact It is your responsibility to provide Lean expertiseproject leadership, take ownership of implementing Lean methodology using Danfoss Productivity Program (DPP) toolsstandards globally in Danfoss. You will be the owner of our roadmapshave the full overview of all running projects, so you effectively can overcome various “road blocks”.
Your Typical Day will include:
Creating long term activity roadmapslean transformation projects for our European factories.
Drivingimproving results by leveraging lean tools, consulting skills,change management processtake primary responsibility for implementation of lean initiatives within manufacturing plantsits associated value streams.
Challengingsupporting factorydivisional management to drive a culture of high performancecontinuous improvement.
Providing guidancecoaching to production leaders in the development of Lean Manufacturingcoordination of all activities related to 5S events, KAIZEN, SMED, etc. that are designed to improve throughout, reduce lead times, reduce inventories, improve qualityreduce costs.
Responsibility for supportdevelopment of Lean Experts/Navigators, Continuous Improvement specialists, supervisors, operatorsmanagers.
Driving Kaizenstep change projects.
To be successful, you possess a high level of energydrive for delivering resultssignificant achievements. You work persistently to achieve your goals,you possess the necessary cooperation skills to develop solid relations. Equally you have the ability to connectcommunicate with people at all levels, which enables you to train, coachchallenge others. You have gained your leadership experiencea manufacturing environment in a largemedium-sized manufacturing company, e.g. as plant managerhead of production. This is combined with experience in change managementimplementing Lean Management toolsmethods. In this position we expect you to have the following skills:
Mastery of a variety of improvement lean tools.
Strong analyticalproject management skills.
Fluent in English, writtenverbally.
Black Belt Certification, Master Black Belt is a plus.
You are dedicated to creating impactlead changes,you do what it takes to get the job done. In this position it is your capabilities, experiencespersonality which are the impact that will make the difference.
