Job Summary:In this role, the Manager HR (m/f/d) will provide holistic HR-related advicecounsel to leadershipemployees within the defined HR-strategyprinciples. The role will establish strong relationships with key stakeholders on a local as well as an international level, operating as the trusted confidant (m/f/d)thought partner (m/f/d) as it relates to general management, organizational design, compensation, employee relations, internal movementdevelopment of people.
Developimplement key HR initiatives that help advance the businessensure West has thetalent to achieve its business objectives
Lead strategicoperational HR business partner supportthe advancement of HR support in the acquisition, onboarding, developmentretention of talent in close collaboration with HR centers of expertise
Work with global HR business partners on strategic initiatives that develop the workforce through solutions that account for local HR processeslocal labor law
Advocate for regional needsadvise the global HR team on local HR policies, practiceslegal implications
Work with broader HR team, develop a strategicconstructive relationship with works council
Understand global HR policiespractices to support global Commercial workforce, including HR clarification around benefits, payroll, HR policiespractices to employeesmanagers
Drive a high-performance cultureact as expert (m/f/d) on the Commercial organizationbusiness objectives to ensure strategic support of the Unit
You possess at least a bachelor’s degree in HRa related field
You bring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a comparable HR role in an international environment with an emphasis on operationalstrategic HR management
Very good knowledgeproven practice of German Labor Law round off your profile
You combine strong communication skills with a strong customer orientation
You consider yourself highly resilientflexible
You are able to navigate a global matrix with multiple stakeholderslittle directionmanage 1-2 people for operational HR support
As you will communicate across all hierarchy levels within our international organization, fluent EnglishGerman skills are mandatory
