Manager Human Resources (m/f/d) Job Responsibilities:
In this position you will be in charge of the well being, developmentretention of all our employees in Germany. Together with the team you lead, you will anticipateplan for long-term human resource needstrends as well as design, implementmonitor human resource programs. You will be based in our Emerson CommercialResidential Europe headquarters in Aachen, Germanyreport directly to the VP Human Resources Europe.

In Charge of all HR related matters for Germany:

Ensuring HR excellence for 3 locations : Aachen (European Headquarter), BerlinMaintal

Developingdeploying HR strategiescommunications

Leading the HR German teambeing responsible for the performancethe development of the department

Being accountable for all HR dimensions: Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Labour RelationsSocial Legislation

Being a strong business partner for Senior Management

Provide guidancecoaching to our employees  

Manages Projects in collaboration with international HR team:

Implementation of Oracle HR (Data management, Payroll, Talent Management)

Delivering trainings to employees

Harmonizing processesbest practices through Europe

Increasing the diversity of our workforce  

Become thehand of the VP HR on international matters:

International Policies

Holds a degree in business management, economics, psychologylaw
Is business fluent in EnglishGerman
Has solid relevant job experience in Human Resources in an international environment
Brings extended knowledge in German legislation, social securitytaxes
Is an excellent team playernetworker
Is willing to travel occasionally
Has experience in leading projects
Has a very good knowledge in MS Office; ideally also in Oracle HR
