Market Access - Major Account Manager (m/f) - Region North Rhine-Westfalia
The Major Account Manager (m/f) acts as an interface for Bayer Vital towards revenue relevant stakeholders such as health insurance fundshealth insurance unions, associations of statutory health insurances, physician unions, medical associationsnetworks, medical civil registry offices, medical services of insurancesother suppliers in the health care sector for the region North Rhine-Westphalia.
The Major Account Manager (m/f) also operates as an internalexternal interface for relevant health policy requestsdevelopments.

Closely interactfunction as a key contact (m/f) for the leading sales force regarding health policy related questions, economical enactmentsmarket access topics in North Rhine-Westphalia
Provide support in the context of negotiations of contracts with health policy organizations
Plan the strategyactions in North Rhine-Westphalia on an annual basisbe responsible for its implementation
Keep track of changes with regard to drug regulationstheir impact on productsBayer Vital
Inform the Market Access – Major Account Manager (MAx-MAM) back office about health policy related developmentsalterations
Operativestrategic customer planning
Establish a solid stakeholder/Key Opinion Leader network including regularly visits
Createpresent a quarterly report to the Market Access management committee
Support the market access/launch for innovative products in close cooperation with the entire Market Access organiza tion as well as constructive participationcontribution in health policypharmaceutical working groups
Who you are
University degree in health economics, business administration, medical sciencelaw
Long-term professional experiencedetailed knowledge with regard to the German health system, especially health policy is required
Advanced knowledge levelexperience of IT-Software, especially MS-Office
Excellent interpersonalcommunication competencies to enable the balancing of Bayer Vital interestsdiplomatic compromises with all relevant stakeholders
High ability to solve problemsto structuresimplify complex tasks
Willingness for travel to conventionsevents within Germany
Fluent in EnglishGerman, both verbalwritten
