Mechanical Engineering Manager (f/m) Location: Any location in Europe
Ensure all designs generated by Dematic team memberssuppliers are appropriately reviewed per Dematic engineering processescustomer performance specifications including any applicable legal requirements.
Ensure Dematic meets all performance requirements, technical specification requirements,other standards as defined by the customer.
Interact with Controls Engineering, R&D, Finance, Project ManagementSafety.
Interaction with customers, external supplierscivil engineering teams.
Ensure all PMO (Project Management Organization) related tasks are takenaccount in the integrated designs.
To ensure that lead engineers complete accuratetimely status reporting.
To manage the developmentmaintenance of standard documentsprocesses aligned to the strategic program.
Perform, support and/or coordinate periodic independent reviews to confirm that the designother work is in compliance with the customer contract terms, technical documents, specifications, codes laws, regulationsstandards.
Ensure that project lead is highlighting technical opportunitiespotential change ordersreview proposed changes.
Execute assigned RCA (Root Cause Analysis) on productsolution deficiencies identified during installationoperation of Dematic delivered productssystems.
Work with Sales team to review future ordersinternal design capacity.
Executework to improve the project risk management program to identify, mitigate, control and/or monitor the project risks.
An engineering degreerelevant work experience that is equivalent.
Substantial experience in Warehouse Project EngineeringProject Management roles.

Must be able to work in multiple countries.
Strong verbalwritten communication skills.

Must speak English business fluent; other languages desirable.
