Currently CROMSOURCE is urgently seeking a Personalreferent toour team in Germany, who will be responsible for all HR related activities within the country. 

Job Title: Personalreferent/Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Aachen, Germany

Schedule: Full time, permanent, Office based

Main Job TasksResponsibilities

Coachessupports Supervisors regarding HR related mattersproblems in their Division/Department/Unitsupports them in their role as People Manager in order to optimize their motivation, efficiencyinvolvement

Advises Supervisors regarding the currentfuture organizational structurethe manpower of the Division/Department/Unit in order to ensure its alignment with the Company’s evolution / growthguaranteeing appropriate workload for the Resources

Responsible for ensuring a correct payrollbenefits administration by respecting all lawsregulations, taking cost efficiencyeffectivenessaccount

Facilitates changesimprovements by advisingcoordinating the communicationthe different Divisions/Departments/Units in cooperation with the Country Manager

Advisessupports the Supervisors with the implementationcompliance of HR proceduresprocesses (example: end-year appraisals, salary rounds, onboarding…) in a country

Acts as the coordinator for escalated HR related issues (Training, People Management, Recruitment) for both SupervisorsResources within the Division/Department/Unit in the assigned country

Participatesadvises on HR strategiesleads HR projects on a Country / department / global level (absenteeism, workforce, headcounts, flexibility, retention, etc.)

Follows up on KPI’sprepares analyses regarding different HR projects

Informsadvises the Top managementthe Board on local / cultural / legal differencesescalates any possible issues


Higher Education in Business, HR Management preferred

Previous experience in HR within Germany 

Fluency in EnglishGerman

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)

Willingness to travel

Corporate experience appreciatedInternational approach desired
