Job Summary: As Program Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for Payroll & Time Attendance in the EUAP region to ensure timelyaccurate payrolltime attendance in line with all regulatory requirementsCompany Policy.
In this role, you are responsible for developing the payroll strategyoperating model for payrolltime management in the EUAP region in cooperation with the Americas region
In alignment with all relevant stakeholders, you analyzeevaluate process-system-related demandsdrive process improvement initiatives by continuously analyzing process performance
You will lead the integrationdivestiture of payrolltime management data for newly acquireddivested businesses in EU/AP regions
As Program Manager (m/f/d) for payrolltime management, you identify training needs in the HR community, provide regular updates to trainings materialscommunicate changes to standardized processes
It will be on you to monitor the effectiveness of payroll process controlscompliance programs by ensuring all processes support regulatory requirements
You will participate in teamindividual projects associated with achieving objectives of Global HR Operations
With the local payroll service, you ensure timelyaccurate payrollsbonus payments for all employees in the EU & AP by utilizing ADP GV
You provide process guidance for tax issues, audits, relocationpayroll account issues
Finally, you establish an appropriate external networklocal service providers for continuous optimizationaccurate data integration

You have completed your studies with a focus on Human Resources Managementcommensurate experience
To be successful in the role, you must have at least 8 years of working experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of HR, time managementpayroll processesdate. Ideally in a global payroll environment
With a broad understanding of expatriate payrollmobility you will have experience with HRIS such as ADP, SAP HCM, Kronosother T&A systems as well as MS Office
In addition, you have a strategic level of thinkingmake proposals for efficienteffective working methods to work in alignment with all the countrieswe are present
While dealing with varied projects, you have strong problem-solving capabilities, make quick informed decisions under time constraintsprioritize your tasksprojects appropriately
An excellent track record in successful project management, leading international teamsdriving talent initiatives rounds off your profile
