Make a difference as Program Manager Production Procurement (m/f/d) Directlythrough teams, being responsibleaccountable for developing, implementingsustaining procurement plansstrategies for the global Procure­ment Program Management that are directly supportive of professional/ethical business practices, within the five tenets of Global Procurement (Global Category Manage­ment, Risk Identification & Mitigation, Supplier Perfor­mance Management, Analytics & Solutions, Reiterative Improvement).
Essential DutiesResponsibilities:
Govern all relevant processes (administration & execution) for any material change projects

Liaise with global stakeholders for optimal resource management
Accelerate by means of consolidation all change activities
Developimplement an end-to-end change approach
In particular agreeassign ownership to participants of the change process for

Scan & triage change of requestsnotifications
Completeness of vendor change notification plus West questionnaire
Analysis of initial business and/or segment impact (product, market, customer)
Creation of initial project documentation (charter, etc.)
Maintenance of current status of all change-related activities, including completion of all required communication (internalexternal)
Establishmaintain a Change Management back office
Establishsustain a communication strategy for change progress throughout a change project
Lead routine training sessions with key stakeholders to align roles & responsibilities
Harmonizesustain common templates & tools

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a BusinessTechnical curriculumnon-academic Bachelor of Business Administration
Minimum 6 years of progressive business experience in Sourcing/Supplier/Category Managementin Project/Program Management
Business proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a BusinessTechnical curriculumequivalent
At least 11 years of progressive business experience in Sourcing/Supplier/Category Managementrelated functions, preferably with chemical industrypharmaceutical industry background
Experience in managing cross-functional projects
Ability to work with senior leadership teams at manufacturing sitesglobal headquarters
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Strong influencing, change management,negotiation skills
Presentadvocate sourcing cases to a variety of audiences with self-confidence
Ability to respectfully communicate tochallenge senior leadership
Ability to lead teamsbuild effective working relationships, both internallyexternally
Strong presentation, communication,interpersonal skills
