Cross-site functionaldisciplinary lead of the ATS Staffing Team in DE
Stakeholder management on German level (Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, PR, Training, HealthSafety, TempAgencies). Establishhelp to maintain agency working relationships across all partiesall sites. Monitor consistency with Employee Relations issuesdecisions.
Project labor managementvendor management to ensure that the network is supplied with sufficient quality temporary labor when required. Monitorensure staffing agencies meet agreed service level agreements, follow uprequired. Be responsible for production of metrics relating to temporary staffingthe contingent workforce.
Understandhave involvement in Workforce Planning requirements . Ensure planning team is kept up to date with current labor supply, highlighting any concerns in a timely manner.
Co-ordinate regular meetingsagenciesAmazon to drive best practice across the site,to address any concerns. Audit agencies regularly on quality of assessmentrecruitment processes. Increase audits as appropriate.
Be liaisonAgenciesAmazon Finance Department regarding paymentprocessing of invoices.
Ensure compliance with DEEU legislation
Excellent project management skills.
Excellent communication skills with internalexternal parties along with the ability to mediatelarge groups of suppliers.
The ability to facilitateparties resultingissues which could be processpeople based.
A great focus on attention to detail with the ability to multi task in a target drivenfast paced organization.
The ability to think on feetreact to a wide range of issues which maymay not have a direct impact on operations
The ability to produce detailed reportslarge amounts of data relating to order fulfilment, attritionpeople issues which would have a direct effect on future orders for the suppliers concerned.
Flexibility in working hours is essential as would need to be available to work with agenciesthe internal recruitment team on induction days to monitor service levels reached
Good IT literacy, particularly MS Excel
Knowledge of employment lawHR / Payroll practices would be advantageous
Knowledge of Lean, Six SigmaKaizen methodologies would be highly advantageous
