Sales Engineer – Central Europe

We are extending our sales engineering capabilities to further developconsolidate our relationships with leading broadband suppliers such as Virgin Media, France Telecom, Liberty Global, Unitymedia, T-Mobile, Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Vodafone ZiggoVodafone ONO.
Be responsible for technical aspects of sales for assigned accounts
Meet customers in the field in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, CzechiaSlovakia for 2-3 days a week
Establishmaintain customer relationships
Manage customer relationships with technical decision makersopinion makers at director, managementsr. engineer-level
Provide technical expertise to drive sales efforts
Understand customer needsrequirements relating to Headend, AccessIn-Home networkingEthernet networking
Developdeliver persuasive technical sales presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate the producttechnology directioncompetitive advantages
Support the process of development, implementationmaintenance of written account plans
In this key role in our Central European Sales division, you will be responsible for developingmaintaining relationships with technical personneldecision makers at our customers, driving business development activities.
Together with the account managers, you will be responsible for achieving sales targetsmeeting  KPIs - as the key technical adviserproduct advocate. You’ll work with engineers to identify customer opportunitiespropose producttechnical solutions. Innovativecreative, you will drive new initiativesconvert technical requirementsproduct solutions. You will work, as required, with product managerscore engineering to coordinate resolving customer related product issues.
6-10 years’ experience in a Sales Engineeringsimilar role in broadband sector 
BachelorMaster degree in Network Engineering, Telecommunicationsrelated fields
Extensive experience in Sales EngineeringSolutions Architecture, in the MSO, Telconetworking industry
Ability to multi-task, prioritisemanage time effectively
Excellent verbalwritten communications skills (GermanEnglish).
Good understanding of customer requirementsmapping these to product positioning
Demonstratable success in managing a physical portfolio of products
People management skillsability to work as part of virtual teams
An in-depth understanding of Ethernet/IP networkstopologies, localwide-area network transport
Experience with HFC networks, RF, EthernetDOCSIS protocol
