In the regulated marketsbusinesses are awarded on a tender basis, our capability to win the deal comesseamless combination of Customer solution definition (CommercialTechnical content) together with flawless execution of all tender requirements (Administrative contentprocess).As the Regional Sales Manager you will develop, achievemaintain regional business growthmarket share through exceptional sales execution within designated territory. You will be responsible for coaching, developingengaging their teammotivating them to achieve relevant targets. You will also be responsible for provision of excellence in customer relationship management, customer servicesupport. In this role you are the effective representative forpositive promotion of the Hologic brand. You will establishmaintain high level Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships.

We are looking for a candidate who has/is:

Sales Ability, Planning & Organizing, Technical Expertise, Managing Others, Negotiation, Strategic Orientation
Successful (medical) sales experience
Experience in a management role for sales team/function
Graduate DiplomaBusiness Administration qualifications – commitment to undertakein progress
Excellent writtenverbal communication skills in German and/or Frenchgood writtenverbal communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with CRMERP systems
Holds current drivers licence of relevant class
Able to travel 60 – 70% of the time – fluctuating with requirements of the business
