We are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to be based in Germanysupport our Steam Turbines business unit. It is the responsibility of the Regional Sales Manager to provide support towards revenue growth within EthosEnergy’s current Steam business with a view to expanding product sales by identificationdevelopment of new customer accounts through salescommercial activities as per company sales strategy.
Profiles industriescustomers to identify the best prospects for our products/services. 
Maintains a close awareness of competitor activities in the assigned territoryreports anything of interest. 
Maintains an up to date knowledge of EthosEnergy’s productsservices. 
Meets targets for sales order intakeassigned territory/product line with a drive to expand company’s profitability. 
Define a clear strategy for accounts/territory assigned that is aligned with EthosEnergy’s business strategy. 
Manages appropriate tracking to scope prospects' potential for qualification. 
In conjunction with Management, develops a bid strategy for each opportunity/enquiry, including bid/decline decisions, service packaging, pricingtermsconditions. 
Clearly communicates the featuresbenefits of our productsserviceshow they will meet client needs. 
Successfully negotiatescloses deals with customers. 
Is proactive in maintaining customer satisfaction. Works with BUsothers to ensure we deliver our product/service in a way that meets customer needs. 
Recruits, trains, supportsmotivates sales agents strictly adhering to company guidelines for commercial intermediaries. 
Assigns responsibilities to country agents; sets budgets/targetsclear action plans. 
Supervisesmonitors agents’ performance. 
Maintains details of assigned Accountsfull details of relevant opportunities on CRM system, including equipment listings; key decision-makerstheir orientation, competitorsrelevant progress updates. 
Developsmaintains positive relationships with key Accountsmaintains a close awareness of their plans, needsperception of EthosEnergy. Acts to maintain a positive view. 
Produces routine activityother reports as required. 
Other responsibilitiesactivities as may be assignedtime to time. 
Responsible for the general housekeepingcleaning of work station. 
All other duties as assigned. 
May require travel across Europe

Sales Order Intake against assigned targets. 
Average win ratios as per company standards. 
Numbers of new opportunities generated. 
Customer visit frequency. 
Ability to devise proper bid strategies with informed market intelligence. 
CRM /data integrityroutine reporting metrics. 
Key accounts management as applicable. Proficient; 
Rotating Equipment Knowledge (Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Generators, Compressors) 
SalesCustomer Management. 
Commercial awarenesssound decision making. 
NegotiationFinancially astute. 
Communication & Interpersonal skills. 
WrittenOral German & English communication skills. 
Document control.

Experience in UtilityIndustrial markets. 
Experience in selling aftermarket serviceengineered solutions. 
Experience with salesengineering in Company’s productsservices.
Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree holderequivilent
Position can be home basedoffice based.  On offer is a permanent employment contract with a fixed salary, regular working hoursextensive benefits, e.g. company pensionsales incentive plan.  Must be fluent in both EnglishGerman langauge skills to expertise level.
