Luciad is looking for a Sales Director for the DACH region based in Germany. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for daily account management as well as business development in the DACH market.As the Regional Sales Director for the DACH-Region, reporting to the Vice President EMEA-Region, you are responsible for the business operations in Germany, AustriaSwitzerland. Your responsibilities:

Full responsibility over all Sales of Software, ServicesMaintenance in the DACH-Region
Overall P&L responsibility for the DACH-region
Territory management: Prospecting, Customer Segmentation, Customer visit
Customer Engagement: presentation preparation focused on customer needs, executive meetings, webcast, conferences, etc.
Negotiationcontract acceptance
Pipeline Management: leads, opportunity development, forecasting
Management of local staff
Managementbuild-up of the local partner network
Responsibility to draftexecute plansbudgets relating internal stakeholders: Marketing, Human Resources, Services department,…

A leader in your own right, with a commitment to customer satisfaction
A driven individual with a proven track record of business development and/or account management for at least 5 years.
An existing network in Defense area is an asset
Experience dealing with governmental (especially MOD), local government,B2B
A natural listener, with good communication skillsenjoys giving presentations
Good administrative skills in follow-up with customersprospects
Excellent German communication skillsproficient in English
Willingness to travel (40-50%)
