Job-Zusammenfassung

Our Client specializes in supplying state of the art gamma radiographyportable X-ray systems used in non-destructive testing as well as high quality, high performance radiation sources used in oil well logging (OWL), industrial processes,medical research. With over 100 years in organizational experience, they distinguish themselves as leading experts in radiation source encapsulation, sealed source distribution, video X-ray systemsturnkey services.
The company is part of a global fortune of 200 diversified industrial manufacturer of value-added consumablesspecialty equipment with related service businesses.Working in conjunction with the Vice President of Sales this position is responsible for the developmentexecution of sales strategies within an assigned geographic region to achieve organic growthexpanded market share. He/she will be responsible for managing the relationship with the regional distributorsaligning company’s business plan to drive initiativesdeliver results.   This will include direct end user activity reinforcing the company´s value propositions. This individual will be responsible for developing, aligningtracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the distribution channel within assigned territory.
Primary Responsibilities
 

Developmentexecution of regional sales strategies to maximize the business growthquality
Communicating strategic priorities; ensuring implementation of company standards; developing, trackingmeasuring KPI execution; monitoring sales progress against business plans;coaching distributors to execute with excellence
Participate in the developmentexecution of the AnnualLong-Range Plan based on in-depth understanding of market, trends, customer needs & pain points,competitive position 
Identify growth opportunitieswork closely with VP Sales tostrategic direction of the business; formulate resources, execute the plan,deliver results
Collaborate with distribution channel to drive sales growthmargin improvements

Preferred domicile in European Theatre 
Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of EngineeringTechnical Bachelor of Arts degree; MBA is a plus 
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience with proven track record of financial results
Technical selling experienceanalytical acumen required; experience with Radiography, NDTindustrial equipment preferred
Prior experience with providing technical trainingpresentations in NDT society events preferred
Demonstrated understanding of financials including working knowledge of budgeting, sales,capital funding for growth
Ability to work directlythrough peers, to implement key strategies
Proven time management, prioritization abilitiesdemonstrated strong project management skills
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, communicationpresentation skills with experience in communicatingworking with a remote team
Multilingual, English required, German, a plus
Ability to travel extensively (~ 40%)
