We equip the miningbulk material handling industries with modern sensor solutions, allowing people to work safelyefficiently in all weather conditions. For example, we automate train loadouts, shiploaders, stackers/reclaimerscrushing plants. The requirements of the modern resource industry are versatiledemanding, meaning that solutionsother industries often cannot be used. We fill these gapsbuild customer specific solutions based on our in-house developed electronics (3D Point Cloud imaging Radar, RTLS, GNSS), always ruggedized for heavy outdoor use. indurad is managed by its founders with proud support by our Australian Investor RCF Jolimont We are looking for Are you ambitioushave a sound knowledge of salesengineering? We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager (gn) full-time at our headquarter in Aachen. The role includes regular face to face visits of customers in Europeoverseas. Team member in the global sales team in Aachen. Relentlessly communicate, listen carefully, understandconnect deeply at the human level. Consult the customer in a genuine fashiondo not think short term. Assist distributorssales partners. Own responsibility for selected end user key accounts. Understandrespect the individuals, no matter who they are. Analyse complex customer requirementsscratchtenders. Preparation of technicalcommercial proposals. Intensive internal communication within the sales teamspecialist departments. This position reports to the Head of Sales. Actively discussing issues, highlighting market evolutionsrisks related to specific deals. Offer options to make decisions on prioritizations. Cold callingsocial networking with prospective customers in target segments. Travel activity in Europeoverseas countries about 20 to 30%
Successfully completed university degree in engineering – other degrees welcome with deep relevant experience Comprehensive background in the miningbulk materials industry with technologygood understanding of process automation in mining/raw materials engineering Several years of professional experience in sales of complex sensorautomation solutions, preferably in the mining & bulk materials area Proficient use of Englishat least one more language (German/French/Spanish) on an independent level. German language skills are a clear plus. Strong communicationteamwork skillset Independentstructured way of working, confident appearancegood coordination skills
