Make a difference as Specialist Talent Acquisition (m/f/d) Location: Eschweiler, Germany Contract Details: permanent, full-time Start Date: As soon as possible Recruiter: Martina Erens Position Summary: As a key member (m/f/d) of the West HRrecruiting team, you will help us shape the future talent profile of West. By identifyingattracting top talent to West for entrymid-level roles for the German plants, you will have the opportunity to play a key role as the organization growstransforms. Furthermore you will provide recruiting expertise to the businesswill become a partner (m/f/d) with client stakeholders, including the site HR team,will work to develop, communicateexecute jointly on recruiting plans to support the site. You will be responsible for the coordination of the recruiting processefficiently manage the majority of the steps in the hiring process in order to ensure a seamless, positive candidateclient experience no matter what the hiring decision might be.
Analyze job descriptionscandidate profiles to determine target profile needsappropriate match
Sourcedevelop passive candidates through networking, complex internet searches, social media research, etc.
Screen (through phoneteams)assess qualified candidates for targeted job requisitions
Create job postings, work with media agenciescoordinate the interview process
Collaborate with key stakeholdersHR partners to understand the business needsideal candidate profiles to deliver effectively on the hiring needs of the business
Help to meet hiring needs through planning of job fairs, interview days,other high-volume candidate processing programs that help West most efficiently meet its hiring needs
Work to deliver a diverse slate of candidates wherever possible
Establishbuild relationships with other recruitersthe HR team to share knowledge, HR trendsexperiences to execute best practices enterprise-wide
Provide data, researchanalyse on competitive intelligence, labor trends, information about external marketplacesWest’s employer brand position to attract top talents
Manage all activities within the West applicant tracking system (ATS)accurately trackreport recruitment activity data to support staffing metricsthe time a requisition is opened to the time candidates are identified for offer
Participate in special projectsperform other duties as assigned based on business needs

Bachelor’s degreeequivalent experience in BusinessHuman Resources discipline
Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in an agency, search firmpreferably a corporate setting 
Fluent in GermanEnglish
Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
Demonstrated success in developing relationshipsmeeting new people
Strong administrativecomputer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systemssocial media channels
Knowledge of sourcing techniques using a variety of sourcing toolsplatforms would be a plus
