have any affinity within IT/Telematicsare someone who has always been interested in “the internet of things”.
possess excellent communication skills (B2CB2B)
have excellent skills in both ItalianEnglish (both writtenspoken)
are able to identify, analyseresolve problems over the phone with involved partners

Working Conditions: This position is on a fulltime base (40h per week) in a 24 hours shift pattern. Shift allowance:
Monday - Friday     20h00 – 22h00         25% Monday - Friday     22h00 – 07h00         50% Saturday                                                  50% Sunday                                                    100%   We provide an extensive 4 weeks initial traininga follow up buddy program.
