This role is part of the EMEA University Recruitment team, specifically supporting our hiring in the Germany & France markets for our business stakeholders based in our Germany offices.

Accountable for delivering an excellent candidate experience, botha timingquality in execution standpoint to enhance candidatehiring manager satisfaction.
Own intern & apprentice program planning, developmentexecution. Deliver feedback to the businessHRour internapprentice communities on their experiences each cycle, build on this feedback for continual improvement in our program.

Follow diversity steps in hiring processmeet diversity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Consistently achieves KPIs including productivity, candidate experiencequality-of-hire metrics. Manages to agreed service level agreement (SLA) throughout process
Understand local legal situation with regard to contracts, visa/work permits, discrimination laws,so on.
Deep knowledge on local market conditionscompeting organisations. Use date generated during the assessmentoffer stages to identify market trends,share with your local UR, GTAHR stakeholders.
Contribute as a positive member of the Recruiting team, supporting team membersassisting others in their success.

BS/BA degreeequivalent is required
Master’s degree,equivalent, in a related Field (HR, MBA, LearningDevelopment) preferred
Related University recruiting experience: passion for placing candidates; significant experience interviewing,closing candidates at all levels. Ideally some experience managing an internshipapprentice program
Effective strategic thinking, problem solving, cross-group collaboration,oral/written communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to understand, articulate,sell Microsoft culturebusiness initiatives
Ability to deliver results with little supervision in an often-ambiguous environment with capacity to effectively manage multiple projectscandidates simultaneously
Ability to meet standard measurements of success for recruiting, such as attainment against annual hiring plans, diversity goals,cost/time-to-hire standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Fluent in writtenspoken EnglishGerman
